Rodna Gebirge

Jetzt keine deutsche version, nur english und polnisch. In Maramuresz (northern part of Romania near Ukrainian border) are beatiful mountains called Rodna Mountains. Their highest peak is called Pietrosa (2303 meters above sea level). This region is very picturesque and ideal for mountain trekking. There are also few lifts. Borsa, which is situated under Pietrosa, is the biggest touristic base in the region. There is a charlift near Prislop pass (1416 meters above sea level).
